Attorney Excellence is dedicated to helping the public connect with top rated attorneys in their area.  We accomplish this mission by evaluating thousands of attorneys in Arizona and then recognizing only those attorneys who truly stand out for superior accomplishment and client satisfaction. 

 

SELECTION PROCESS

 

1. NOMINATION AND INDEPENDENT RESEARCH

The Attorney Excellence process begins when an attorney is nominated for an award by a client or fellow attorney in the community.  Attorney Excellence also has a membership research team which actively seeks out talented attorneys who display the attributes of excellence and can nominate an attorney for consideration in our membership.

 

2. VETTING AND EVALUATION

Once nominated, all candidates undergo a rigorous evaluation process in which credentials are verified and research is conducted to determine whether the candidate qualifies as a top attorney in their respective practice area.  A number of factors are considered including education, experience, disciplinary record, and peer and client reviews.  While all factors are important, client satisfaction is the most heavily weighted factor in this process.  Attorney Excellence believes that past client experiences are the best indicator of future experience.

 

3. FINAL SELECTION

 

Once the Attorney Excellence team has researched and evaluated all nominees, the top 10 attorney's in each practice area are extended an invitation of membership.  Membership is restricted to only those attorneys who meet the rigorous qualification standards, and no more than 2% of attorneys in the state may be members each year.
